To introduce BRIGHTWATER to the world, we developed a sponsorship book that communicated the culinary school’s mission and goals, its academic offering, and its unique position as the first culinary school to integrate an inquiry-based learning approach to cooking, local farming, sustainability, and community development.
We took BRIGHTWATER to the next level, translating the sensory experience to the digital world, creating a website that clearly communicated class offerings, skill training, fields of study, as well as the school’s unique approach to food learning.
A brand is much more than just a logo. This is especially true for a project that hinges on so many sensory experiences—from the smell of freshly baked bread to the visuals of vivid seasonal greens and, of course, the many flavors. In addition to a sleek, modern logo, we developed a color palette and visual experience that put food first, drawing inspiration from food-focused photography.
