We don’t work in data points and cell C3 of a spreadsheet. In our work, the anecdotal often becomes the universal, and we put that idea to the test by rolling up our sleeves, digging deep, and asking real people real questions.
For today’s incoming workforce, career choices are life choices. Simply put, we aren’t looking for the same things in a job anymore. For so long, job perks and career benefits have been prescribed from the top down. Rarely do we get the opportunity to sit down with folks and ask them what they really want.
What truly made this project successful was the broad reach of our findings. The interviews, the footage, and the stories were all used to directly inform employment marketing campaigns and collateral.
