JUST ASK

For today’s incoming workforce, career choices are life choices. Simply put, we aren’t looking for the same things in a job anymore. For so long, job perks and career benefits have been prescribed from the top down. Rarely do we get the opportunity to sit down with folks and ask them what they really want.

PUT TO GOOD USE

What truly made this project successful was the Campus Relation and Talent Outreach Team’s openness to use our findings. The interviews, the footage, and the stories were all used to directly inform future employment campaigns and collateral.
